intro & goals

MyMoves is a children's activity center offering fun programs that help kids develop motor skills and build healthy habits while they play, learn, and grow.

As a mother, the topic resonated with me.

The goal for the design and copy was to create fun yet stylish and aesthetically pleasing website where parents could easily find and book classes.

We needed to showcase the expertly designed programs created by founder Valeria Petrova, along with the delightful, one-of-a-kind illustrations.

The final goal was a booking system where where visitors could pay for single or package class reservations and manage them through their account.

process

As design resources we had awesome illustrations and a logotype that guided our branding and web design.

My favorite UI design touch is the fixed paper texture background with the delicate scroll animation of the branch on the left.

In terms of UX, as always, the goal was to stick to the KISS principle (Keep It Simple, Stupid).

The development of the custom booking system was challenging, and we went through several iterations to create the best version possible.

The great collaboration with the founder on every aspect made the process so creative and fun. I loved it so much that I can't believe I got paid for it!
